GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals announced a senior management change with Chinmay Sharma stepping down as Executive VP – Human Resources by June 30, 2025, to take a new role in London. Harsh V. Trehan, currently People Services Lead at GSK’s Global Capability Centre Bangalore, will succeed him as Country HR Head, India from July 1, 2025. Harsh brings over 25 years of HR leadership and has been instrumental in shaping GSK’s global people services and HR strategy for its large Indian workforce, positioning him well to lead the HR function going forward.
