Reliance Infrastructure Limited — Important, 02-06-2025: General Updates

Reliance Infrastructure has paid Rs. 92.68 crore to Dhursar Solar Power Pvt Ltd to settle tariff claims under an Energy Purchase Agreement. After this payment, the company has moved to withdraw the insolvency-related NCLT order, which no longer affects Reliance Infrastructure or its subsidiaries. This resolution removes any overhang from the tariff dispute.
