GEE Limited has announced a board meeting outcome highlighting key leadership changes following a family settlement. Executive promoter directors Mr. Shankar Lal Agarwal and Mr. Sanwarmal Agarwal resigned, along with three independent directors. Mr. Om Prakash Agarwal and Mr. Umesh Agarwal have been appointed as Joint Managing Directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company’s statutory auditors resigned, and SAPD & CO, Chartered Accountants have been appointed as new auditors, pending shareholder approval. Mrs. Vineeta Agrawal has been named Independent Woman Director for five years, also subject to approval.
