Kerala Ayurveda Ltd — Updates, 02-06-2025: Company Update

Kerala Ayurveda has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Ayurvedic Academy Inc., has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Singapore-based OM Vedic Heritage Centre Pte. Ltd. (OVHPL), which operates in ayurvedic therapies and medicine manufacturing. OVHPL’s recent turnover stands at SGD 9.16 lakh (about INR 1.78 Cr). This move aims to strengthen Kerala Ayurveda’s business presence and expansion strategy in Singapore through enhanced integration of ayurvedic education, wellness services, and product offerings.
