Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has secured a Letter of Award for an EPC contract to develop a ground-mounted solar power project with a capacity of 300 MW AC / 435 MW DC. This domestic commercial order is valued at approximately INR 346.33 Cr (excluding taxes) and is planned for completion within the financial year 2025-26. There is no related party interest involved in this order. This contract strengthens Waaree's position in solar infrastructure execution.
