Lancor Holdings Limited — Board Meeting, 03-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Lancor Holdings has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped 39% YoY to Rs. 192.15 Cr, though PAT dipped to Rs. 4.67 Cr due to higher finance and legal costs. Standalone results showed steady operational momentum with revenue at Rs. 186.37 Cr and PAT at Rs. 9.20 Cr. The company raised Rs. 55.47 Cr via preferential issue of 1.22 crore equity shares. A merger to absorb its subsidiary, Lancor Maintenance & Services, is in progress. Employee stock options were also granted to key personnel.
