Insecticides India reported a 32% QoQ revenue jump in Q4 led by ~40% volume growth from early monsoon demand and new launches. FY25 revenue rose 2% with 10% volume growth offset by an 8% price drop. Gross margin expanded 655 bps to 32%, lifting EBITDA margin to 11.1% and PAT by 39% YoY at a 7% margin.

They launched 12 products including 4 in the Focused Maharatna portfolio, with six more expected in FY26 alongside herbicides from Nissan. The new Dahej plant started production post Rs. 150 Cr capex, targeting Rs. 100 Cr revenue with 50%+ CAGR over 3-4 years; an additional Rs. 100 Cr capex is planned for FY26.

Management cited strong demand, tight herbicide supply, and stable raw material costs. Premiumization, portfolio expansion, and operational efficiencies are key growth drivers. Export share at 5% is set to grow steadily. Strategic inventory buildup and marketing investments support growth despite some production limits due to manpower shortages. Confident outlook on sustaining double-digit growth via new products and efficiencies.
