Bartronics India Limited — Board Meeting, 03-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bartronics India has announced a board meeting on 27th May 2025 approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue from operations was INR 8.91 Cr for the quarter and INR 40.04 Cr for the year, both down year-on-year. Despite an exceptional gain of INR 2.06 Cr from a land sale, profit before tax was a modest INR 0.33 Cr for the year. Net profit remained marginal after tax. The company is focusing on managing and winding down its non-operational foreign subsidiaries.
