DHP India Ltd — Updates, 03-06-2025: Company Update

DHP India Limited has announced a board meeting approving the fresh appointment of Mr. Surajit Raha as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. He also joins the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and CSR Committees. The Board has re-appointed M/s. NKSJ & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory and Tax Auditors for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Alpana Sethia, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the new Secretarial Auditor for the same five-year term, replacing the retiring auditors. All appointments await shareholder consent at the upcoming AGM.
