Neelam Linens and Garments (India) Limited has announced a board meeting to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting aimed at regularizing key leadership appointments. Mrs. Janki Bhavin Jethwa will be appointed Whole-Time Executive Director for five years from March 31, 2025, with a starting monthly salary of Rs. 1,00,000 and annual increments up to 25%. Mr. Nivesh Ramashankar Pathak will be appointed Independent Director for five years from the same date, eligible for sitting fees and commission. These appointments have been approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and are subject to shareholder approval via electronic or in-person voting.
