Aarnav Fashions Ltd — Updates, 03-06-2025: Company Update

Unison Metals Ltd has launched a rights issue to raise up to ₹34.33 Cr by issuing up to 1.37 Cr equity shares at ₹25 each (2.5x face value). Shareholders holding 7 shares will be entitled to subscribe for 6 new shares. The entire application amount is payable upfront via ASBA only, and allotment will be in dematerialized form. Trading of rights entitlements will be permitted on stock exchanges. Existing shareholders with physical shares must update their demat details to avoid entitlement lapsing. The issue period may be extended up to 30 days by the board.
