3B BlackBio Dx Limited has announced a notice to shareholders whose dividends have remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years starting from the financial year 2017-18. The company will transfer the corresponding equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority if the dividends are not claimed by the deadline. Shareholders are urged to claim their unpaid dividends before then to avoid transfer of shares.
