Seamec Limited — Board Meeting, 03-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SEAMEC has announced a board meeting to approve buying the vessel “SEAMEC ANANT” from its holding company HAL Offshore for USD 70 million, pending shareholder approval. After acquisition, SEAMEC will charter the vessel back to HAL Offshore at USD 45,000 per day. The board also approved seeking shareholder consent to double the annual cap on related party transactions with HAL Offshore from USD 30 million to USD 60 million, enhancing operational flexibility across charter, diving, and other services.
