EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies has finalized acquiring a 65% stake in EQUIPPP Inc., USA, supported by ₹1 crore funding. It gave in-principle approval to acquire 51% of SMAAX Digitech India with a ₹15 crore investment, expanding into media-tech and event IPs like SIIMA and Celebrity Cricket League. The company will also partner with Way Side Amenities to launch 600+ P4 Experience Centers nationwide to enhance grassroots outreach. The board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year and appointed Mr. Rajnikanth Ivaturi as director of Technogen India Pvt. Ltd.
