Seamec’s Q4 FY25 consolidated revenue fell 12% YoY to INR 210 Cr; full-year revenue dropped 10% to INR 682 Cr. Quarterly EBITDA held steady at INR 91 Cr, with full-year EBITDA down to INR 244 Cr from INR 271 Cr. PAT declined to INR 41 Cr for the quarter and INR 88 Cr for the year, pressured by vessel downtime and lower deployment. Fleet utilization is improving, aided by six vessels on long-term charters, including a $78k/day 2-year contract. A new $23 million vessel was added, funded via accruals and debt. Growth targets offshore oilfield support in India and the Middle East, while the UK unit aims cash positive by FY27. Stable contracts, fleet expansion, and a strategic JV in GIFT City support a confident outlook for FY26.
