Rudra Ecovation Ltd., along with Shiva Texfab Ltd., has decided to merge pending approvals, creating a fully integrated rPET recycling and manufacturing entity with combined capabilities spanning recycled PET flakes, staple fibre, yarn, fabric, and sustainable products like Anaura upcycled fabrics. The company is ramping up production capacity across washing, fibre, yarn, and fabric segments, with commercial orders already underway for Anaura sustainable textiles from major brands. Utilization currently stands at about 45%, with targets to achieve full capacity by FY2027, aiming for EBITDA margins of 16-17% and revenues around ₹1,700 Cr. The company emphasizes sustainability leadership, expanding ESG practices, and participation in key industry events to boost visibility and market presence.
