Post-issuance, TIC Services Pvt Ltd’s holding will rise to 56.46% while a new non-promoter allottee will hold 4.30%. Additionally, the company seeks member approval to authorize loans, guarantees, or securities up to Rs. 100 Cr in connection with subsidiaries or related entities, exceeding previous limits, to support strategic and financial objectives.
