Century Extrusions Limited — Board Meeting, 03-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Century Extrusions has announced a board meeting on 03.06.2025, appointing Shivanshu Jhunjhunwala as Executive Director and immediately elevating him to Chairman & Managing Director for three years, succeeding Vikram Jhunjhunwala who stepped down as part of succession planning. Shivanshu, 32, brings global extrusion industry experience and holds a Master’s in Engineering Management from Duke University. The board also approved the revised notice for the 37th AGM and revamped key committees including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and CSR.
