Landmark Cars reported Q4 revenue of Rs. 1,526 Cr, up 17.4% YoY, led by Rs. 1,281 Cr in new car sales and Rs. 245 Cr in after-sales. EBITDA rose 8.1% to Rs. 60.8 Cr (5.57% margin), while PAT declined to Rs. 5 Cr. FY25 revenue grew 20.9% to Rs. 5,626 Cr; PAT was Rs. 25.8 Cr. Expansion to 23 outlets supports 21% revenue from brands like BYD, MG, Kia, and Mahindra.

Management is focused on brand diversification and margin improvement via after-sales growth. BYD sales are gaining, targeting 7,000-9,000 units annually. Cost controls reduced employee and operating expenses below 4% of revenue with further cuts planned. Challenges include Mercedes-Benz sales softness and discounting, expected to ease as new outlets mature. Outlook remains cautiously optimistic on market share gains and profitability improvements.
