Century Extrusions Limited — Board Meeting, 03-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Century Extrusions has announced a board meeting that approved Shivanshu Jhunjhunwala as Executive Director and Chairman & Managing Director for three years from June 2025, pending shareholder approval. He will take over from Vikram Jhunjhunwala, who stepped down as part of succession planning. Shivanshu brings strong technical and leadership experience and holds over 31 lakh shares.
