Kanpur Plastipack Limited — Board Meeting, 03-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kanpur Plastipack has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated total income stood at ₹64,312 lakh, with a net profit of ₹1,11,053 lakh, boosted by strong performance in the Raffia division. The company closed its Cast Polypropylene Film (CPP) division after booking a one-time impairment loss of ₹11,619 lakh and selling the assets. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.90 per share for FY25. Borrowings dropped from ₹22,411 lakh to ₹14,469 lakh, while cash reserves improved significantly to ₹766.76 lakh.
