Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a 30.90% rise in total revenue to ₹23.90 Cr and an 89.38% increase in EBITDA at ₹3.44 Cr for FY 2024-25, despite a 24.80% decline in PBT to ₹0.81 Cr. Its subsidiary, Vitizen Hotels Ltd., saw revenue grow 40.79% to ₹17.08 Cr and EBITDA jump 50.17% to ₹5.31 Cr, although PBT declined significantly. The consolidated revenue rose 33.06% to ₹40.32 Cr with EBITDA growth of 57.08% to ₹8.41 Cr, but PBT fell 59.31%. The group operates 22+ VITS hotels and 30+ Kamats restaurants, expanding through leased and managed hotel assets, maintaining an asset-light model to support growth and brand visibility.
