Modi Naturals reported a strong turnaround in FY25, with revenue rising 66% to Rs. 663 Cr and EBITDA jumping over 5x to Rs. 56 Cr, driven by operational efficiency and favorable demand. PAT turned positive at Rs. 31 Cr compared to a loss last year. The Consumer division grew steadily, boosted by increased ad spends and expanded distribution, while the Bulk division rebounded from prior year losses due to stabilized commodity prices. The Ethanol division, operating at full capacity, generated Rs. 325 Cr revenue with Rs. 42.7 Cr EBITDA and has a Rs. 300 Cr order book till October 2025. Ethanol capacity is set to expand from 130 KL to 310 KL per day by Q3 FY26, supporting strong growth visibility. The company plans to double ad spends in FY26, focus on product innovation, and expects consolidated revenue of Rs. 850-880 Cr with EBITDA of Rs. 80-85 Cr and PAT of Rs. 42-48 Cr. ROCE improved to 18.3%, and net working capital days reduced significantly. The business structure features professionally managed teams across divisions, with distribution expanding in traditional, modern trade, and e-commerce channels. The firm remains focused on scalable, asset-light models for new product categories.
