Bank of India — Important, 03-06-2025: Updates

Bank of India has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board proposes a dividend of Rs. 4.05 per share (40.5%) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Sawant & Associates is set to be appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years with a 10% fee hike from the second year. The AGM will be conducted via video conferencing to allow remote participation and voting.
