HOAC Foods India has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenues soared 70% YoY to ₹26.64 Cr, PAT jumped 143% to ₹2.48 Cr, and net worth expanded 240% to ₹11.38 Cr. The company expanded its footprint with new franchise stores and retail outlets in Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, and UP, added a B2B office, and upgraded production with a new Gurugram facility and higher mustard oil capacity. Exports have begun to the Middle East, Europe, and the UK, alongside new cold-pressed oils and dry fruits product launches.
