Thyrocare has announced a board meeting. The company increased its investment in its Tanzanian subsidiary by INR 1.5 Cr, taking total investment to around INR 5.69 Cr. Holding 57.25% equity, the subsidiary posted a turnover of INR 1 Cr and net worth of INR 2.09 Cr in its first year. The additional capital will support operational and working capital requirements to expand its diagnostic and healthcare services in Tanzania.
