GTT Data Solutions Ltd — Updates, 03-06-2025: Company Update

GTT Data Solutions has announced a board meeting on May 20, 2025, approving an amendment to its share purchase agreement to acquire the remaining 45% stake (4,500 shares) in its subsidiary, Itarium Technologies India Pvt Ltd, for ₹ 990 lakhs in cash. This acquisition will make Itarium a wholly owned subsidiary. Itarium, specializing in enterprise software solutions, data analytics consulting, and software development, reported a turnover of ₹ 8.73 Cr and net profit of ₹ 0.77 Cr in FY 2024-25. The sellers include promoters and non-executive directors, and the transaction is at arm’s length, completing by August 31, 2025.
