“Form-B” concerning the creation of a pledge over 16,00,000 (Sixteen Lakhs Only)
equity shares held by the promoter in the Target Company in favor of Pledgee “Bikewin
Trading Private Limited”. The pledge has been executed to address the shortfall in the
margin call, as per the terms agreed between the parties, ensuring compliance with
financial obligations and risk mitigation measures required under the arrangement.
