Pursuant to the provisions under Regulation 29(2) SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and

Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, I hereby submit the revised disclosure concerning for the sale of

1,00,000 (One Lakhs Only) Equity shares through “On-market” transaction held in abovementioned

Company.

This revised disclosure corrects an inadvertent error in our previous communication dated 03rd June,

2025, wherein the date of sales of shares was incorrectly stated as 02nd June, 2026. The correct date

of date of sales is 30th May, 2025.

Please consider the corrected date of sale as 30th May, 2025. All other details and content of the

original disclosure remain unchanged.
