Shera Energy Limited — Others, 04-06-2025: Change in Auditors

Shera Energy Limited has announced a board meeting to approve new audit appointments and a foreign investment. M/s. Karnani & Co. will become the internal auditor for FY 2025-26, replacing the current auditor. The company accepted the resignation of M/s. Keyur Shah & Company as statutory auditors and proposed M/s. Mohata Baheti & Associates as their replacement, pending shareholder approval for a five-year term. The Board also approved an investment of up to USD 11.75 lakh in its foreign subsidiary, Shera Zambia Limited, to support its international growth plans.
