Shera Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 04-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shera Energy has announced a board meeting on which it appointed M/s. Karnani & Co. as internal auditor for FY26, replacing the existing firm. The board accepted the resignation of M/s. Keyur Shah & Company as statutory auditors and approved M/s. Mohata Baheti & Associates as the new statutory auditors, subject to shareholder approval, for a five-year tenure. The company also plans to invest up to USD 11.75 lakh in its foreign subsidiary, Shera Zambia Limited. No further operational or strategic updates were shared.
