Nava Limited has announced a notice to shareholders about unpaid dividends and corresponding equity shares from FY 2017-18. Dividends unclaimed for seven years will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) along with related shares if claims are not received by August 20, 2025. Physical share certificates will be canceled, and demat accounts debited upon transfer. Shareholders are encouraged to claim their unpaid dividends and shares by contacting the company’s registrar to avoid transfer to the IEPF. Claims can still be made later through the IEPF authority with proper documentation.
