Tilak Ventures Ltd — Updates, 04-06-2025: Company Update

Tilak Ventures has announced a board meeting to approve the sale of its entire equity stake in subsidiary Yosto Ventures Pvt Ltd, which will cease to be a subsidiary post-transaction. The subsidiary contributed ₹66.66 lakhs (3.05%) to consolidated revenue and ₹29.09 lakhs (0.21%) to consolidated net worth in the last financial year. The sale consideration is ₹16.65 lakhs, with the buyer being Girraj Kishor Agrawal HUF, a related party, and the transaction is at arm’s length. HRU & Associates has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for FY 2024-2025.
