Jungle Camps India Ltd — Updates, 04-06-2025: Company Update

Jungle Camps India Limited has announced a further investment of INR 3 Cr by way of a rights issue in its wholly owned subsidiary, Madhuvan Hospitality Private Limited. This subsidiary, engaged in hospitality and hotel development, will issue 30 lakh equity shares at Rs. 10 each. The capital infusion aims to fund capital expenditure for the development of the Mathura Hotel Project. Madhuvan, incorporated in November 2023, has reported no turnover so far. This investment maintains Jungle Camps’ full ownership and supports its expansion in the hospitality sector.
