Indosolar Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 04-06-2025: Offer for sale

Waaree Energies is selling up to 4.76 lakh Indosolar shares (1.15% stake) via an OFS at a floor price of ₹10/share. The sale targets public shareholding norms and will slightly trim Waaree’s promoter stake in Indosolar. Non-retail investors get first-day access; retail investors get the second day. Retail investors have a 10% quota, while mutual funds and insurers have 25%. Antique Stock Broking is handling the offer.
