Marico has launched its Packaging Circularity Score framework to boost sustainable packaging under its 2030 Decade of Action plan. It eliminated 517.5 tonnes of virgin plastic and reduced 1,690 tonnes of carbon emissions over three years through packaging innovations. Currently, 95.1% of its packaging is recyclable, with targets of 30% recycled content in non-food plastic packaging and 100% recyclable packaging by FY30. This strengthens Marico’s leadership in sustainability and the circular economy within FMCG.
