Manaksia Limited — Important, 05-06-2025: Updates

Manaksia has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 731 Cr from Rs 701 Cr YoY, led by growth in Metal and Packaging segments. EBITDA fell to Rs 108 Cr from Rs 159 Cr due to higher raw material and finance costs. Net profit dropped to Rs 58 Cr from Rs 79 Cr, hit by exceptional forex losses in Nigerian subsidiaries. The Board approved a demerger plan to spin off the Metal Products business into a wholly owned subsidiary.
