CFF Fluid Control Ltd — Board Meeting, 05-06-2025: Board Meeting

CFF Fluid Control Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The Board also approved the draft Board Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for FY 2024-25, and finalized the notice, date, and venue for the 13th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s. A.S Rao & Co, Hyderabad-based Cost Accountants, were appointed as the Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26 to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
