Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Ltd — Updates, 05-06-2025: Company Update

Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Limited has announced a board meeting on 25th August 2025 for the 44th Annual General Meeting and dividend approval. The Board appointed Sri. Sudesh Koti Reddy as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director and Sri. Vedhanth Senthilkumar as an Additional Non-executive Non-Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval. Sri. Arjun Balu is proposed for re-appointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term. Sri. Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu is retiring and will not seek re-appointment. The Board re-appointed Sri. S. Subbaraman as Cost Auditor, M/s. MOS & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and Sri. V.C. Tirupathi as Internal Auditor for 2025-26. These changes reinforce governance and add industry expertise ahead of the AGM.
