Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Limited has announced a board meeting on 25th August for the Annual General Meeting and dividend approval. The Board appointed Sri Sudesh Koti Reddy as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director and Sri Vedhanth Senthilkumar as an Additional Non-executive Non-Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval. Sri Arjun Balu is proposed for re-appointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term. The Board re-appointed Sri S. Subbaraman as Cost Auditor, MOS & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and Sri V.C. Tirupathi as Internal Auditor for 2025-26. Director Sri Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu is retiring and not seeking re-appointment.
