Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Ltd — Updates, 05-06-2025: Company Update

Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has announced a board meeting on 25th August 2025 for its 44th Annual General Meeting and dividend payout. The Board appointed Sri. Sudesh Koti Reddy as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director and Sri. Vedhanth Senthilkumar as an Additional Non-executive Non-Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval. Sri. Arjun Balu’s re-appointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term has been recommended. Sri. Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, retiring director, is not seeking re-appointment. The Board re-appointed S. Subbaraman as Cost Auditor, MOS & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and Sri V.C. Tirupathi as Internal Auditor. These changes strengthen governance and oversight ahead of the AGM.
