Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Limited has announced a board meeting to convene its 44th Annual General Meeting and close the share transfer books for dividend and AGM purposes. The Board appointed Sri Sudesh Koti Reddy as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director and Sri Vedhanth Senthilkumar as an Additional Non-executive Non-Independent Director, both subject to shareholder approval. Sri Arjun Balu is proposed for re-appointment as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. The Board re-appointed S. Subbaraman as Cost Auditor and V.C. Tirupathi as Internal Auditor for 2025-26. M/s MOS & Associates LLP is recommended for appointment as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Sri Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu will retire from the Board and is not seeking re-appointment.
