Maithan Alloys Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 05-06-2025: Record Date

Maithan Alloys has announced a board meeting on June 6, 2025, setting the record date for the 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 7 per share (70%). The dividend will be paid on or after June 11, 2025, post TDS. Additionally, a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (60%) for FY 2024-25 is proposed, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The register will close from September 20-27, 2025, for dividend and AGM participation.
