Valued at Rs. 123 Cr, this move aims to boost Zaggle’s product range and customer base in India while strengthening technical capabilities via Dice’s team. The acquisition supports expansion in travel, expense, accounts payable, and procurement management, with completion expected within 90 days after board approval. Payment terms will be decided later.
