Rudra Gas Enterprise Ltd — Updates, 05-06-2025: Company Update

Rudra Gas Enterprise has announced a board meeting in which it approved an investment in Greenstat Asia (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenstat Hydrogen (Pvt) Limited based in Sri Lanka. The company plans to acquire 2.5% equity (25,000 shares) in Greenstat Asia, which has not yet started operations and has an equity capital of Rs. 10 lakh. This investment aims to expand Rudra Gas's international business footprint and leverage shared resources and expertise in green hydrogen and renewable energy sectors. The payment for this acquisition is currently pending.
