Riveria Infrastructures has secured a ₹129.25 Cr contract from Nila Urban Living for core and shell construction of residential towers at the premium GIFT City project in Ahmedabad. The development targets a wellness-focused, sustainable lifestyle in India’s first smart city. Completion is expected within 27 months from start.
