Bajaj Auto reported Q4 revenue of INR12,148 Cr, up 6% YoY, with EBITDA margin steady at 20.2% and PAT increasing 6% to INR2,049 Cr. FY25 revenue exceeded INR50,000 Cr, EBITDA topped INR10,000 Cr, and PAT crossed INR8,000 Cr, driven by 31% export growth and EV expansion. Domestic motorcycle volumes fell 2% due to share loss in 125cc+, but six new Pulsar variants and CNG Freedom bike expansion aim to boost sales. Commercial vehicle volumes hit record highs; electric autos’ market share rose to 33%. Chetak EV is India’s top electric two-wheeler, nearing EBITDA breakeven. Bajaj targets 15%-20% quarterly export growth from Latin America and KTM, while managing supply risks. Bajaj Finance turned profitable with over INR10,000 Cr disbursals. The company plans to acquire controlling stake in KTM AG and focus on reviving volume growth in domestic 125cc+ bikes and exports.
