Asian Hotels (East) Limited — Others, 05-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Asian Hotels (East) has reappointed Mr. Umesh Saraf and Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf as Joint Managing Directors for five years, with monthly salaries between Rs. 10.5 lakh and Rs. 13 lakh, plus annual increments of Rs. 50,000. They will also receive commission up to 1% of net profits and various perquisites such as housing, medical reimbursement, leave travel, club fees, gratuity, company car, and telecommunication facilities. Ms. Swati Singhania joins as a Non-Executive Independent Woman Director for five years. Shareholders approved all resolutions strongly via postal ballot.
