Ashoka Buildcon Limited — Important, 05-06-2025: General Updates

Ashoka Buildcon has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Major updates include signing a Rs. 1,391 Cr HAM concession for a 4-lane Economic Corridor in West Bengal, receiving provisional completion certificates for two HAM road projects, and winning Rs. 312 Cr and Rs. 569 Cr EPC orders in Maharashtra and railway gauge conversion, respectively. The company sold 51% in its renewable energy subsidiary for Rs. 1.98 Cr, retaining 49%. Consolidated order book remains robust at Rs. 14,905 Cr.
