Lloyds Engineering Works has announced a board meeting on June 5, 2025, approving a rights issue of 30.85 crore partly paid equity shares at ₹32 each, raising up to ₹1,050 crore. ₹16 per share has been paid on application, with the balance due in up to two calls by March 2026. Post-issue, paid-up capital includes 116.55 crore fully paid and 30.85 crore partly paid shares. This capital infusion will fund the company’s growth and expansion initiatives.
